In May, an exclusive Treehouse tutorial on how to create "Sophia the Garden Bear" was featured in Issue 6 of the Brilliant Baking Magazine! She actually sat on top of a cake, and this is it! Sophia certainly knows how to make a garden grow! This was a double fudge cake decorated with Satin Ice fondant and topped with Oreo cookie dirt and buttercream features.
