With cupcakes topped with icing so blue! These cakes were created for a double birthday surprise That brought a twinkle to the birthday boys’ eyes! Vanilla cake with red ruffles to boot, Chocolate cupcakes topped with icing too! Thing 1 and Thing 2 thought they were the perfect treat - The crazy designs were just so neat!
